Coronary heart disease screening and coronary risk factor modification

Dr Koh also sees patients without symptoms but who have cardiovascular risk factors such as family history of heart disease or raised blood cholesterol, to screen for coronary heart disease. Tests for assessing the presence and the extent of coronary heart disease are generally non-invasive, and this enables recommendations for cardiovascular disease prevention measures to reduce heart attack risk.

Dr Koh specialises in coronary risk factor modification, and has a special interest in heart disease in women.

" Our priority is prevention and maintaining your heart health by proven treatments and lifestyle modification. If your heart tests reveal an existing cardiovascular condition then early treatment will improve long term outcome."
